No prep needed—just pull up the case in EPIC and review and discuss it together. DESCRIPTION:Stanford Nephrology Case Connect in-person case conference held  from 12–1 PM in East Pavilion H3150. \nEach inpatient team should come prepared with a case to discuss (it could be anything). No prep needed—just pull up the case in EPIC and review and discuss it together.
